Use this form to ask us to delete the data we store about you. You can identify yourself either by the email address you used to contact us, or by the anonymous session identifier that the site has assigned to your browser. We will purge the matching records from our MongoDB analytics and quota database, and we will forward any request that involves contact-form leads to the Cloud Run backend that stores them in Firestore.
What we delete
If you submit an email address, we delete every contact-form lead that we can match against it in Firestore, every analytics event recorded against a session that used that email, and any voice or chat transcript still on file.
If you submit a session identifier, we delete the corresponding quota counters, analytics events, RAG vectors and transcripts in MongoDB. The session itself is invalidated so that the next visit starts fresh.
What we cannot delete
We cannot delete data that has already been propagated to third parties under their own retention rules, such as Groq's transient processing logs. In practice these records are short-lived and not linked to your identity, but we cannot guarantee their immediate removal.
We are also required to keep some records for accounting or legal-defence purposes, in particular invoicing data when a commercial relationship has been opened. The Privacy Policy explains the legal bases for that retention.
How long it takes
Automated deletion from MongoDB happens within a few seconds of submitting the form. Firestore deletion is forwarded to the Cloud Run backend and is normally completed within 24 hours.
We will write back to confirm completion if you provided an email. If you only provided a session identifier you can verify the deletion yourself by reloading the site.
Other rights
Deletion is one of several rights you have under GDPR, LGPD and Paraguayan data protection law. You can also ask for a copy of your data, restrict our processing, or object to it. The Privacy Policy describes each right and the contact channel.
If you believe we are not complying with these obligations, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
