from our cloud server
Global rankings are measured in labs. We measure from the same server that serves this site, with the same prompt for everyone: the latency a real cloud app sees.
Latency measured by us; each provider runs the same prompt with the same limits.

Methodology
Design & Development
We validate the problem and the value before writing a single line of code. If it doesn't generate measurable return, we don't build it.
01
Discover
We understand the real business problem before talking technology. We define which decision the AI improves and how success will be measured. No clear case, no project.
02
Business Case
We design a financial model showing the expected savings or gains and pick the pilot with the highest short-term impact. ROI is measured from day one.
03
Data & Technology
We assess what data exists —quality, privacy and structure— and select the right architecture. No reliable data, no reliable AI.
04
Ethics & Production
We deploy with continuous monitoring: systems that comply with regulations, respect people, and stay secure and accurate over time.
An original synthesis combining Double Diamond logic with MIT xPRO's AI Design & Strategy framework — extended with pilot selection, early ROI, and production risk prevention.
Each phase builds on MIT's four stages of AI design —Intelligence, Business Process, Technology, and Tinkering— but adds what the classic method leaves out: how to choose the right pilot and take it to real production.

SWB is part of LexCom: 2 lawyers (legal & tax) + 1 real-estate agent + AI and software. We deliver solutions that cross the legal, real-estate and tech domains under one roof.
Zero pilot purgatory
Many companies invest in AI pilots that never make it to production. At SWB we validate the problem, ship an MVP that already creates value, and only then scale. If it doesn't create value, it doesn't get built.
