Terms of Service
Last updated · 2026-05-12
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at https://saharaworldbusiness.com, of the AI demos hosted on it and of any consultation booking flow that originates from it. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the site. The site is operated by Sahara World Business (SWB), a sole proprietorship of Diego Nicolas Jara Villalba, in commercial partnership with LexCom Consulting Group.
Acceptance of these terms
By browsing, interacting with a demo or submitting the contact form you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you also confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
What the site offers
The site is a portfolio and lead-generation surface for SWB's AI consulting and software development practice. It hosts public-facing pages, working AI demos, a curated news feed under AI Pulse, a contact form, and a consultation booking flow connected to Google Calendar.
Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer to deliver services. Specific scopes, deliverables, prices and timelines are agreed in writing in a separate proposal.
AI demos
The chat, RAG, vision and voice demos are provided for evaluation purposes only. They run on third-party inference infrastructure under usage quotas designed to keep them free and accessible.
Demo outputs are generated by statistical models. They can be incomplete, biased or simply wrong. Do not rely on demo outputs for legal, medical, financial or any other professional decision; demos are illustrative, not advisory.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to submit content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, infringing or pornographic, nor to attempt to extract personal data about other users, nor to probe for security flaws without prior written authorisation. You agree not to abuse the demos through automated traffic, prompt injection at scale, or attempts to bypass the quota system.
We reserve the right to throttle, block or ban any session that violates these rules, with no obligation to notify in advance.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, design, code, illustrations and the SWB name and logo, is owned by SWB or licensed to it. The MIT Double Diamond methodology references are used as inspiration with attribution to the MIT xPRO AI Design and Strategy programme.
You may quote short fragments for journalistic, educational or commercial-evaluation purposes provided you credit Sahara World Business and link back to the original page. Bulk scraping, redistribution as a competing product, or commercial republication without written permission is not allowed.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error free, nor that the AI demos will produce accurate results in every case. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Third-party services integrated into the site, such as Groq, Google Cloud, MongoDB Atlas, Hugging Face, GitHub and Meta, are operated under their own terms and we cannot guarantee their continued availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWB is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the demos, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, in particular under Paraguayan consumer protection law, the GDPR or the LGPD.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith dialogue between the parties will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Asunción.
This clause does not deprive you of the protections available under your local mandatory law as a consumer. If you are based in the European Union, you may also rely on the consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our offering or the law changes. Material updates are announced on the homepage and the lastUpdated date is bumped. Your continued use of the site after such an announcement counts as acceptance of the new version.
